Before establishing any Educational Institution, the forerunners proceed with positive dreams where their Educational Institution should have enough reasons to feel proud with rare legacy of best products and performances. If it goes in vain, the negatice impact may bring irreparable damages to our vibrating spirit and zeal. However, there should not be reason for cooling down of our moral courage and better we look forward to resurrected enthusiasm.
To speak the truth, the pride and fame of any Educational Institution lies mainly in its strong foundation which is subject to certain conditions. Good Administration, Experient Scholar Staff, Building infrastructures, Congenial atmosphere, sincerity of guardians and merits of the students are some of the reasons behind every success and failure.
At present, almost all educational system of every country is formulated by their own Government with a view to adept their people with the fast changing world in democratic menner. So it is rightly conceived that modern objective of education is to train our students regarding new ideas and thoughts and to design the learning process more intersting and to make familiar with dynamic world. But it is found that sometime we cross all limits to satisfy our own selves with immediate gains by undermining the load shading factor of the students. It may be demand of the situation for satiating our proven human instincts since the world itself is transforming into more complexity and more competitiveness. However, we should not forget that the tusk is not so fragile as we conceive it. We must keep in mind that we cannot transform the whle world on the principle of Fittest Theory. Even then we are still optimist that we can bring a great revolution in the education sector by following at least four responsibilities. The our responsibilities are nothing but it is and honest duty that performed by Guardians, Students, Scholar Staff and creating of conginial educational environment.
It is to applaud that intellectuals of greater Dimakuchi dared to establish Dimakuchi College without bothering negative aspect in 2002 with the noble intention of catering higher educations to its helpless poor students. The Dimakuchi College started three years Degree Course under Gauhati University. It is presently affiliated to Bodoland University which offerd three year’s “Choice Based Cradit System” (CBCS).
It is a matter to feel proud that this institution has been rendering faithful services, especially to economically down trodden students of the area for the last twenty two years. At last but not least, may I therefore make this appeal to guardians and students to continue faith upon this College like yester years.
The college is begining another academic year 2024-25 and all of you are welcomed to Dimakuchi College.
However, the Bodoland University is begining 4 year UG Course from the academic session 2023-24.
There will be Eight Semister instead of Six Semester. Students may find dificult to adjust with the new course as they are not familiar with it. But we have to adjust with the situation and after few days everything will be in our catching position. Best of luck to all.
